What you will do
* Organize and supervise the simulation team, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
* Define and prioritize simulation tasks for engine performance, emissions, fuel efficiency, and drivability.
* Act as the main contact for simulation software providers, managing licenses and technical support.
* Audit and validate simulation outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
* Develop and implement best practices for simulation workflows and methodologies.
What we’re looking for
* A proven track record in powertrain simulation and leading simulation teams.
* Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree; Master or PhD in hybrid engine efficiency/emissions preferred.
* Excellent skills in AVL Cruise M and GT-Power/Suite for simulation and analysis.
* Strong competencies in team leadership and technical rigor, with a collaborative approach.
* Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
* Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; French will be highly valued.
