Location: Madrid (Hybrid) - Travel: Up to 20% within Europe - Language: Fluent English required
At Shakers we are looking for an experienced SAP professional to lead system performance optimization, support cloud migration, and ensure a scalable, high‑performing SAP landscape for a leading global hotel group.
Key Requirements
10+ years SAP Basis experience (NetWeaver, S/4HANA)
Strong ABAP skills (app & DB layers), performance tuning, and SAP security
5+ years of international experience
Solid understanding of cloud architecture & SAP infrastructure
Nice To Have
Experience with SAP Fiori, BTP/CPI, scripting (Python, Go…)
Background in the hospitality industry
