Headquartered in Madrid, our operational footprint extends across the Mediterranean, West Africa, Northern Europe, and Asia. brSea Ports is the only Spanish maritime group with international activity that operates its own shipping line and provides comprehensive end‐to‐end coverage across all areas of maritime transport. brWe are currently looking to strengthen the team of HMM Spain, one of the companies within our group. brAbout the Role brDo you have experience in customer service within the maritime or logistics sector? brAre you motivated by dynamic environments where accuracy and coordination are key? brWe are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team of HMM, playing a pivotal role in the operational and documentary management of import activities. brIn this role, you will ensure a smooth customer experience while supporting essential import processes, working closely with clients, ports, and internal stakeholders across the logistics chain. brKey Responsibilities brCustomer service and incident resolution. brManagement and issuance of BLs. brCoordination and follow‐up of transportation. brControl and verification of import invoicing. brReview and management of import discharge lists. brMonitoring of Agency and Principal systems. brManagement and oversight of port platforms across the different operated terminals. Required Skills Qualifications brEnglish: high level (written and spoken) – mandatory. brPrevious experience in maritime logistics, international transport, or shipping lines (valued). brKnowledge of maritime documentation (especially BLs). brExperience using port platforms and operational systems. brAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. brStrong customer orientation and communication skills. brProactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team environment. Compensation Package brPermanent contract. brFixed salary plus social benefits, including private medical insurance. brFlexible working hours. br1 day of remote work per week.
