You will work closely with the F&B; Director to oversee the hotel's multiple dining venues, bars, and banquet services, ensuring world-class service and outstanding guest satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the **F&B; Director** in overseeing the hotel's restaurants, bars, banquet operations, and in-room dining services.
- Maintain the highest **standards of service** across all F&B; outlets, ensuring an unparalleled luxury experience for guests.
- Lead and **motivate a team** of chefs, waitstaff, and bar staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on **menu development**, ensuring innovation, quality, and alignment with the hotel's luxury standards.
- Manage **supplier relationships** to ensure the best quality ingredients and products.
- Drive **revenue growth** and implement cost-control measures while maintaining outstanding quality.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met and exceeded.
- Assist with **event planning** and execution, ensuring flawless banquet and catering services for high-profile clients.
- Conduct regular **staff training** and mentoring to enhance skills and service levels.
- Monitor **guest feedback** and implement improvements to enhance the overall F&B; experience.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Proven experience** in a leadership role within a 5-star luxury hotel F&B; department.
- A strong understanding of **fine dining, bar operations, and banquet services** in a high-end hospitality setting.
