Experteer Overview In this On-Trade role, you support Bacardi’s brand growth in profitable proximity channels by executing the commercial plan with On-Trade customers. You’ll work within a cross-functional team focused on expanding our Premium portfolio and innovations while protecting the Core business. The position centers on driving distribution, visibility, and consumer activation at the point of purchase, balancing growth with profitability. - Deliver the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers aligned with the Country IAP
- Negotiate at the point of sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets
- Activate brands using the Picture of Success approach to influence consumer choice at the point of purchase
- Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in On-Trade customers within your region
- Contribute to achieving two objectives: EFO and the new modelResponsabilidades
- Demonstrable track record in Commercial roles, with field sales experience preferred
- Affinity with On-Trade, Events, and/or Promotions
