An international customer experience provider is looking for a German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to support Google Ads products in
Barcelona
(relocation provided). In this role, you will work with new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns, contributing directly to their business growth while delivering a high-quality client experience.
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday;
39 hours per week;
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: 23,876 € gross/year;
Performance bonus: up to 3,408 € gross/year;
Referral bonus: up to 2,000 € (depending on project/language);
Relocation support provided;
Paid training (2–4 weeks on products and sales);

Requirements
German C2 level;
High level of English;
1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising;
Degree in Marketing,Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus;
Strong communicationand presentation skills;
Good time managementand organizational abilities;
Analytical mindset with attention to detail;
Client-focused with strong interest in customer interaction;
Ability to work in afast-paced and evolving environment;
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted consultant for clients onboarding to Google Ads;
Support the creationand optimization of PPC campaigns;
Identify client needs and business objectives;
Drive account growththrough increased spend and upselling;
Manage a high volumeof client interactions via phone;
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term campaign success;
