Overview
Firewall & Network Security Specialist – We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Administering firewalls to implement policies, perform regular cleanup, review rules, and provide incident support.
- Leveraging firewall tools such as Tufin SecureTrack / SecureChange to automate and optimize cleanup and rules usage.
- Managing Socks Proxies for specific internet access.
- Ensuring compliance with security models by evaluating infrastructure and application security.
- Proposing architectural or tooling improvements based on real use cases.
- Supporting IT production teams with best security practices.
- Participating in internal IT projects.
- Staying up-to-date with security trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Checkpoint and Fortinet firewall suites (manager and firewall).
- Experience with Tufin SecureTrack / SecureChange.
- Strong understanding of TCP / IP, LAN, WAN, and security / compliance rules.
- Solid technical background in IT security.
- Knowledge of network threats and best security practices.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure environments.
- Certifications in security technologies are appreciated.
- English level B2 or higher.
