We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven German-speaking Account Manager to join our talented team in Barcelona. If you have a passion for client relations, an eagerness to work with one of the most innovative companies in the world, and enjoy hybrid working, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key client contacts, primarily Google, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, managing communication and expectations. Understand client goals, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
2. Project Management: Oversee project execution, ensuring timely, within-budget, high-quality deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, create project timelines, track milestones, and meet KPIs.
3. Strategic Consultation: Provide strategic advice based on industry knowledge, market trends, and digital solutions. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and work with teams to implement them. Review account performance and provide insights for optimization.
4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technical teams. Mentor junior team members to support their growth.
5. Client Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report account performance, deliver regular updates, and analyze data to improve campaign strategies.
6. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: Own issues with clients, resolve conflicts professionally, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
7. Language Skills: Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential for communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Fluency in German (native or near-native)
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
* Experience with Google or large tech companies is advantageous
* Proven client management skills and project delivery experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
* Proactive problem solver and client-facing role experience
* Experience in digital marketing or advertising is a plus
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
