**Position**:Account Manager / Business Develop Manager
**Location**:Guadalajara; Mexico City; Chihuahua
**Industry**:Electronic components/ Semiconductor distribution/ electronics manufacturing
A professional job to work as an account owner to build good relationship with general & local key accounts/ electronic manufactures, dig out opportunities and follow up from DC to MP.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
1. Establish and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customer assigned in your territory and develop more new customers.
2. Serves as the primary point of contact to extend new customer contacts in key accounts such as Jabil, SCI, Flex, Plexus, Celestica, Kimball, HP, Cisco, GE
3. Daily contact and regular visit to promote product offerings, services, solutions; dig requirements, make proposals, price negotiations, and administering company sales policies & procedures.
4. As the account owner, monitor and control the response for customer requirements from enquiry to order fulfillment and payment receive.
5. Negotiate terms of delivery, payment, and rebate; manage the credit limit.
6. Achieve the monthly sales target, conduct customer quarterly business review, leverage customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate business value proposition sales solution strategy.
7.Provides leadership and guidance in critical customer planning and engagement.
8.Prioritize customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.
9.Works independently or may lead teams to identify, pursue or manage accounts/opportunities with large size/strategic backgrounds.
**Job Level Specifications**:
1. 3-5 years solid sales experience of business strategies and plans in the electronic components/semiconductor field, worked from distributors and big brokers such as Avnet, Arrow, Future, WPG, Smith, A2, Converge, TTI, etc. is a big advantage.
2. Familiar with general and local EMS, OEM, ODM, IDH, and can penetrate soon.
3. Graduated from Electronics engineering or sales or marketing major.
4. Microsoft tools and CRM friendly
5. Good communication skills; bilingual English - Chinese preferred.
6. Diligent, responsible, aggressive, and self-motivated.
**Salary and income package**:
A very competitive base + commission + bonus
