Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Streaming Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving streaming-related incidents and ensuring the performance and reliability of our event-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve streaming-related incidents affecting producers and consumers
* Troubleshoot producer/consumer behavior and analyze lag and throughput issues
* Perform log analysis and root cause investigation
* Monitor streaming environments and support incident resolution
* Collaborate with development and operations teams to maintain system reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems
* Ability to debug producer/consumer behavior and identify lag/throughput issues
* Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with observability tools in streaming environments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in high-throughput, low-latency streaming platforms
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
