As an Application Sales Manager, you will drive aluminum market sales across Europe and the Middle East, partnering with OEMs and end users to identify needs and opportunities. You will coordinate quotes and bids with the Spain-based support team and support project teams in technical meetings and negotiations. You will expand the partner network and ensure seamless order-to-delivery follow-up. You will also scout new opportunities through market intelligence and industry events. • Nurture OEM and end-user customers through regular visits and needs assessment
• Coordinate and prepare quotes and bids with the Spain-based support team
• Support project teams in technical meetings, negotiations and design approvals; act as voice of the customer internally
• Recommend agents and strategic partners for specific projects or regions
• Ensure follow-up from orders to equipment delivery during project development
• Scout new opportunities via market intelligence, trade shows, and conferences
• Territory: Europe and Middle East; potential growth of role based on performance
Responsabilidades
• BSc or MSc in Engineering or related field (minimum)
• Minimum 5 years selling industrial equipment in the non-ferrous sector (furnaces or burner systems)
• Fluency in English; xpzdshu additional language(s) preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to visit customers and manage complex projects across regions
