This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Labor Relations
We are seeking a
Senior HR Relations Manager
to act as a strategic partner to clinical and operational leadership. In this hybrid role, you will balance high-level HR with technical Labor Relations
Shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and standardized processes to meet current and future organizational needs.
Partner with leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Provide coaching to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and change management.
Analyze workforce pulse (surveys, turnover data) to identify trends. Develop and execute retention strategies and culture-building initiatives.
Guide management through performance issues, corrective actions, and termination processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
Manage the end-to-end disciplinary process for complex cases. Execute dismissals and mutual separations in strict compliance with local legislation and due process to mitigate legal risk.
Act as the primary interface with Works Councils. Lead consultations and negotiations regarding collective agreements and internal regulations.
Advise leadership on organizational restructuring or service changes, ensuring all information and consultation requirements with employee representatives are met.

Experience in remote HR & Labor Relations, minimum 2 years
Experience in Spanish Labor Laws.
