We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our international team in Lisbon. As a French speaker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support & Troubleshooting: Assist French-speaking customers with inquiries, technical questions, and service issues using a friendly and efficient approach.

Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C1/C2 – written & spoken).
* Basic English (B1/B2) for internal communication.
* A strong customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work in rotating shifts (5 days/week, 8 hours/day).
