What You Can Expect The Technical Product Specialist is responsible for providing product, service and imaging support to affected end users.
How You\'ll Create Impact Obtain knowledge in all applications, products, and imaging protocols to be able to assist team members in any escalations to management or key stakeholders.
Provide technical and product support for global internal and external customers via telephone, text message, and e-mail. Support may include analysis of x-rays, MRI, CT, or product options in connection with an ongoing surgery.
Gain knowledge of Personalized Solutions supported technologies and help troubleshoot with Technical Product Senior Specialist on imaging solutions.
Gain knowledge in surgical planning software, ability to navigate case management and related systems.
Assist in any new or existing team member training that is required to perform job duties.
What Makes You Stand Out Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in phone consultation and relaying technical information over the phone.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
Capable of understanding expectations and quickly acting on them.
Teamwork and flexibility regarding hours and covering the needs of the business.
Must be agile and solution driven.

Your Background Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience, or an Imaging Certification and 8+ years of experience in patient imaging and related fields.
RT and CT/MR Technologist Certification preferred.
Customer Support experience preferred.
General knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body is preferred.
