Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the AdTech world, including emerging technologies, privacy policy changes, and market best practices. Use this knowledge to guide strategic decision-making and keep us at the forefront of the industry.- Build up from a rock to a castle:
As Product Manager, the ideal candidate will become part of a squad including multiple Backend Engineers. Together with the Engineering Manager, the ideal candidate will need to understand development timings and uncertainty around these, be comfortable around MVPs to find possible short-cuts while understanding the tradeoffs made in the resulting technology, define future iterations to build up the best technology while ensuring its producing impact from the very beginning.- Collaboration with external partners:
Work closely with our strategic partners, such as DSPs and SSPs, to establish and maintain strong integrations. Collaborate on identifying partnership opportunities, resolving technical issues, and optimizing platform performance.- Internal and External evangelisation:
As Product Manager for Ad Exchange you will be the point of contact for explaining (and sometimes selling) our capabilities to get the best out of our publishers inventory. The ideal candidate will need to adapt technical developments to non-technical language, properly communicate our developments and innovation to internal teams (partnerships/success/etc.) and externally to clients.- Continuous improvement and optimization:
Drive continuous improvement of our AdExchange by identifying areas of opportunity to optimize algorithms and increase efficiency. Conduct tests and experiments to validate new ideas and approaches.- Establish product metrics, KPIs and indicators for success:
Together with the Engineering Manager, the Product manager will need to be responsible for the roadmap, the developments of the squad, ensuring and measuring the success of the projects, improving ways-of-working, etc.What You’ll Need to Succeed- Is very entrepreneurial, not afraid to take risks and has great communication skills.- Has an educational background in Engineering, maths, tech or a related area.- Has 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or another relevant role.- Knows how to make data-driven decisions and work on complex technical problems.- Has a proven track record of working effectively under high pressure environments.- Speaks fluent in English and Spanish, this is a must for this role.- Is eager to work in a dynamic, innovative and fast-changing environment.It would be a plus if you- Have previous experience in Web and CTV AdTech ecosystems.Why Join Seedtag?Growth & Opportunity:
