You will support customers of Dyson, a globally recognized premium technology brand known for innovative household appliances, including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care technology, and more.
As a Customer Expert, you will handle inbound calls from retail customers in the UK and Irish market, assisting with:
* Product inquiries
* Sales support
* Aftersales service
* Delivery-related questions
* Basic technical troubleshooting
The role combines customer service, sales support, and technical assistance. You will work with multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system. Full product training is provided, and complex cases will be escalated when necessary.
What Your Daily Life Will Look Like
* Handling inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements
* Spanish (C1+ level)
* Good English skills
* Previous experience in customer service (required)
* Comfortable using multiple applications and browser tabs
* Affinity for technology and technical products
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
