On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Portfolio Leasing Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the team, you will manage our physical store portfolio, negotiations and set a foundation for collaboration and alignment across expansion functions on strategy and projects.
Key responsibilities include areas such as:
- Setting the OMNI strategy for your market portfolio
- Negotiate with key property owners and agents
- Optimizing our portfolio through opening, renegotiating, rebuilding, moving and closing stores
- Finding top locations and deals for new portfolio brands and stores in accordance with roadmap

You have great analytical skills and leadership capabilities as well as a strong track record of results. As a person, we believe you value and enjoy taking ownership, responsibility, work at fast pace, teamwork and straight forward communication with a versátil mindset and attitude.
Besides your personality we see that you have:
- At least 3 years working experience within leasing, real estate or a similar role and with experience in the retail real estate market (its potential OMNI, market places and physical brick& mortar, relevant competition, high street and shopping center locations.)
- Leasing management knowledge, understanding of lease contracts and real estate law
- Proven track record of leasing transactions, negotiations and business case simulation
- Strong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of working
- Flexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.
- Fluent in Spanish & English.
