Working collaboratively alongside the case controllers and IT CAM of the account to deliver IT services across the integrated scope for the assigned Account and own integrated view of the system corresponding to the functional responsibilities assigned
Responsibilities
In addition to the tasks common to all STRADA employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
Performs the analysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the serviceHas Knowledge of one or several modules of SAP HR, including schema knowledge (payroll, time), pre-payroll process, payroll, post-payroll, portal, etcPerforms the analysis of current customer business processesPerforms taking of detailed requirements about the customer's business processesMakes estimates of time and resources requiredProposes on the appropriate methodology for developing the conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the system.Plans the configuration and define the business processes in terms of the taking of requirementsPerforms conceptual design at both the processes as the prototype of the systemPresents the integrated prototype to the customerMonitors adaptation and parametrization of the solution to the taking of requirementsResolves complex problems related to the functional environment of the applicationMonitors integrated testingSupports the client on the functioning of the applicationCompletes presented solution with new identified needs in the taking of requirementsProvides training on those areas in which he/she is specialized for experience and knowledgePlans and optimizes human resources and materials needed for project developmentDetects potential and takes the necessary steps to maximize team developmentEncourages and leads the education of the people in the teamHaving a differential knowledge and perform a continuous updating of that knowledgeAdvice and participation in pre-sales activitiesKnows and anticipates to the market trendsParticipates in the development of the application by following the standard methodology (STRADA PMO or any other defined by the company at the time)Ensures proper implementation of the solution in different environments (Development, Test and Production)Solves complex problems related to the application environment, using functional knowledge of the parameters in the system and the knowledge of legislation in the specific countryIs a functional reference to one or more areas relating to SAP HRThey have extensive Knowledge of legislation / SAP customizing for one / several countriesThey are proactive and makes decisions without being forced by eventsAnalysis of current client business processes, using the functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as the laws of different countries to optimize the service by eSTRADAging the right resources and skills.
Required Skills:A successful candidate will provide the following professional background:Experience in the functional domains, understanding the system requirements, translating those into technical specificationsExperience in planning work, quality controls, communication and coordination with team agentsAbility to interact across other business lines of the organizationMinimum 1 years' experience in supporting customers with successful track record.Experience in customer communication skillsExperience of working in a global environment.Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics and measures
