We are present in over 20 countries and continue to grow with great enthusiasm, exploring new markets, expanding our catalog, and creating opportunities for new talent to join this journey.We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to help the current expansion of Naturitas including Italy to join our team and play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability by building strong supplier partnerships and identifying new brand opportunities.Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliersIntroduce and assess new catalog productsAnalyze sales performance and margins to drive growthManage pricing and monitor the marketNegotiate commercial terms with suppliersActivate on-site promotions and visibility opportunities to capture brand investmentLaunch targeted CRM campaignsPropose improvements to SEM strategy, CRM/social media copy, and product listingsOptimize stock policies based on sales forecasts and ensure healthy stock levelsMaintain regular contact with suppliers and manage the buying catalogue of productsWhat makes you special for this role Bachelor\ 's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdvanced knowledge of data analysis tools and consumer trend analysisAdvanced Excel skillsYou are a native Italian speaker with fluent English, and any additional language such as Spanish is a plusWe especially value At least 3 years of experience in category management within the relevant sector, particularly in eCommerce and the natural products industryStrong teamwork skills, along with proactivity, energy, and a collaborative mindsetStrong communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in both oral and written interactions with suppliers and operations teamsWillingness to travel to trade fairs and industry eventsHighly commercial profile, focused on identifying, sourcing, and developing new brands in their countries of originExperience in developing category strategies and optimizing product assortmentAnd... what do we offer you Continuous personal and professional developmentOn-site canteen, with 75% of the meal cost subsidizedOn-site physiotherapist and medical serviceFlexible compensation optionsYoga and mindfulness classesExclusive discounts on our websiteAdditional information Visit our website: www.Naturitas.EsNaturitas is a company that believes in equal opportunities.
