**Internship**:
We are looking for Interns to join Tetra Pak factory based in **Arganda Del Rey, Spain**. Currently we have **seven openings**: you will have the possibility to join the World Class Manufacturing Team, the Safety, Health and Environment Team, the Quality Team, the Production team or the Logistics team.
**These are paid internships for a 5-month period. You will be contracted through the Business School or University agreement, therefore a valid student status is a **must** for this position.**

Based on your interest and background you will have the possibility to join one the following teams:
**Supply Chain Internship**
During this internship, you will actively collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing methodology focusing on Supply Chain area. You will have the possibility to gain a deep insight into the WCM (TPM) philosophy of continuous improvement and deep knowledge of WCM.- The intern will be part of the Planning and Logistic department and will actively collaborate in all functions and tasks.
- Participate within the Logistic Pillar, analyzing the losses from cost and customer service point of view. Prepare and participate in the WCM audits, both internal and external.
- You will also learn and gain a deep insight into the World Class Manufacturing philosophy of continuous improvement implementation and maintenance of methodology.
**Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Internship**
In this internship you will have possibility to gain insight to the work of the AM Pillar’s team within World Class Manufacturing.
- During this internship you will:
- Participate and support the activities of the AM pillar (monitoring of indicators, methodology, use of tools and external and internal audits of the pillar)
- Supporting the documentation process: creation and management of the Good Practices of the pillar, inspection standards, quality matrixes, skill matrixes etc.)
- Taking part in AM audits and presentations
- Preparation of minutes of the meetings of the pillar
- Support to operators in the revision and update of the machine boards and the DMS
- Participation in improvement groups with Kaizen methodology from other pillars
- Active participation in the printing DMS
- Monitoring and updating of the Pillar indicators
**Quality Internship**
During this internship, you will actively collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing methodology focusing on Quality area. You will have the possibility to gain a deep insight into the WCM (TPM) philosophy of continuous improvement and deep knowledge of one of the main pillars of WCM.- The intern will be part of the Quality department and will actively collaborate in all functions and tasks aimed at the development of quality methodology: Audits to groups / participation in the weekly strategic meetings of the group, collaboration in the analysis of defects and in the establishment of the conditions for zero defects.
- You will participate in the tasks and projects of the Quality Department, actively collaborating in the management of the quality.
**Planned Maintenance and Early Management Pillar Internship**
In this position, the intern will actively collaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing methodology, especially in Planned Maintenance and Early management Pillar.
- Hierarchical dependency: Maintenance Manager / Leader of the Planned Maintenance Pillar.
- The intern will join the maintenance team and will actively collaborate in all functions and tasks aimed at developing the Planned Maintenance and Early Management methodology:
- Team audits / participation in the Teams' strategic weekly meetings, collaboration in Breakdown analysis and in establishing 0 Breakdown conditions.
- Likewise, the intern will participate in the tasks and projects of the maintenance department, actively collaborating in the management of maintenance, corrective, preventive, predictive, RCM and project management.
**We believe you have**:
- Active student status at a University or Higher Educational / Business School within the Industrial Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing area
- Fluent language skill in Spanish and a good communication skill in English (writing and oral)
- Strong interest and passion to learn more about Manufacturing methods and techniques applied within an Industrial manufacturing environment
- Keen eye for details and highly responsible person
