As key member of the Limagrain Spain Management Committee, you will lead the commercial strategy and sales organization for our LG brand —a leading seed brand across Europe for Maize, Sunflower, OSR, Cereals, and more. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape market strategy, and lead a high‑performing team within an international and innovative environment.
Based in Elorz (near Pamplona) and reporting to the Country Manager, you will define and implement the commercial strategy in Spain and Portugal, manage Regional Sales Managers, build strong customer relationships, and ensure delivery of financial objectives.
Short Description
Build and execute the national commercial strategy: go‑to‑market, distribution, product positioning, commercial policy, negotiations with key accounts.
Develop demand creation activities in close collaboration with Marketing.
Prepare sales budgets and forecasts and ensure target achievement.
Lead and develop the Sales Team, promoting customer focus, efficiency, and performance culture.
Ensure strong implementation of CRM, KPIs, and sales processes.
Strengthen Market Presence
Build strong partnerships with distributors, cooperatives, farmers, and sector associations.
Represent Limagrain within key agricultural networks in Spain.
Champion Safety & Compliance
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
What we expect from you
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or similar.
10+ years’ experience in the agricultural sector, with at least 3–5 years in a senior commercial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the seed industry and distributor ecosystems.
Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive change.
Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable.
