Application and Clinical Support Specialist (Spain & Portugal)

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs, train on, and demonstrate GE Healthcare Products & Services.
* Create personalized relationships with customers to maintain satisfaction and engage with new and existing sales opportunities, establishing credibility with clinicians and supporting clinical strategy.
* Build personalized presentations based on knowledge about the customer, demonstrating how GE Healthcare solutions can improve their business environment.
* Demonstrate, promote, and sell assigned products and services within the territory; proficiency in using product applications in a clinical setting is required.
* Develop, coordinate, and deliver product application training to customers on software and equipment; monitor customer installations to improve satisfaction and maintain relationships.
* Collaborate with sales leaders to increase prospects, drive closure of opportunities, and support trade shows and professional conferences through product demonstrations, promotion, and customer training.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.
* Strong clinical and technical experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing to external customers, global counterparts, and team members.
* Ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.
* Solid problem-solving skills, including conflict management, issue communication, and proposing solutions.
* Willingness to travel within the territory for training, sales meetings, and trade shows.
* XRAY technician certification is a must.
Desired Characteristics
* Proven track record in clinical applications.
* Clinical experience in large hospitals.
* Knowledge of healthcare business and processes.
* Persuasive with the ability to influence clinical decision-making for GE Healthcare.
* Strong presentation skills, including public speaking and effective communication in the local language.
