Overview
As the Senior SaaS Tooling Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the organization's essential tools and platforms, including the Atlassian suite, Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, and SauceLabs.
You will work closely with another senior admin to ensure the seamless functionality, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency of these tools.
Key Responsibilities
Administration: Manage, configure, and administer Atlassian (JIRA & Confluence), Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, SauceLabs, and other collaboration tools
User Management: Handle user access, permissions, and security settings
Customization: Optimize JIRA through plugins [Xray,EasyBI,Structure,Xporter] and customizations
Automation & Migration: Create automation scripts and manage migration processes
Collaboration: Establish and manage Slack channels; engage with stakeholders to address their needs
Support: Provide timely support to users through the ticketing system and maintain internal documentation
Metrics: Set up KPIs and track operational metrics for the tooling ecosystem

Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Experience in administering the Atlassian suite and other collaboration tools

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Atlassian administration or similar tools (preferred)
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
