We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at the new facilities in Sant Quirze del Vallès.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies.
2. Lead generation and campaign management (digital, events, etc.).
3. Measure ROI and performance of marketing activities using KPIs and analytics.
4. Create compelling, scientifically accurate content for web, social media, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Ensure brand consistency.
5. Manage digital marketing and the company website.
6. Coordinate participation in events and fairs, including logistics, branding, and follow-up activities.
7. Work creatively and analytically to solve problems, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
8. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning; provide insights and strategic recommendations.
9. Develop marketing collateral for Business Development support.
10. Manage marketing budget, external agencies, and vendors for cost-effective campaigns.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned messaging.
12. Act as the marketing voice in cross-functional planning and client targeting.
13. Assist in RFP responses and client-specific materials.
14. Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools to mature marketing capabilities.
15. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for various stakeholders.
16. Deliver effective executive communication.
17. Engage in professional development to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
18. Support the development of business plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
2. MBA or master’s in related fields is a plus.
3. At least 5 years of marketing experience in complex services, with 2+ years in CDMO, pharma, or biotech.
4. Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
5. 3+ years in market research, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
6. Technical knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain, regulatory environment (FDA, EMA), and B2B marketing in a CDMO setting is desirable.
7. High proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
8. Intermediate proficiency with CRMs, MS Office, and SharePoint.
9. Proven results-oriented mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
10. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and facilitate change.
11. Decisiveness in resolving issues and setting priorities.
