Misión del puesto

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Product Marketing and Go to Market expert to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our competitive positioning and delivering exceptional value to our sales processes and products.

You will define buyer journeys and adapt sales propositions, ensuring our sales force is equipped with the necessary tools and insights to excel.

Your efforts will significantly contribute to positioning our products effectively in the market while aligning closely with the needs of our clients.

Responsabilidades y funciones del puesto

1. Act as the expert on our company products, translating technical details into clear benefits for users and clients.
2. Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy tailored to new clients, optimizing our product offerings for successful adoption.
3. Conduct competitive benchmarking by gathering and analyzing insights that inform actionable strategies to enhance product offerings and sales processes.
4. Collaborate with Customer Success teams utilizing Medallia data to shape marketing strategies that add value for customers.
5. Design and adapt compelling value propositions and supporting materials for specific verticals and stages of the sales funnel to enhance sales enablement.
6. Develop foundational buyer personas for key verticals, guiding both marketing and sales strategies.
7. Define the buyer and customer journey, setting clear objectives for each stage to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
8. Create distinct product positioning and messaging that resonate with our audience, aiding in the differentiation of our products in the marketplace.
9. Champion the “demo concept” by creating supportive materials that help the sales team effectively communicate product benefits.
10. Launch and manage campaigns to increase product usage and improve product understanding among clients.
11. Create and maintain tailored sales tools, including battle cards and playbooks, to position sales representatives as experts in their domains.
12. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and forecast expected outcomes.
13. Foster collaboration between the Product team and the Sales team, including Sales, Growth, and Marketing, to promote unified efforts toward common objectives.

Requisitos

Experiencia Profesional:

14. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
15. Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Go to Market Specialist, or similar role, particularly within B2B or B2B2C companies (financial products, insurance, or closely related fields.)
16. Strong experience in Content and Copywriting, along with market analysis.
17. Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce are essential for managing marketing automation and CRM processes effectively.
18. Familiarity with product marketing tactics, including integrated marketing campaigns.
19. A background in internal communication or human resources is a plus.
20. Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
21. Analytical mindset with robust quantitative skills.
22. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
23. High attention to detail and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
24. Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
