Fundació Privada Món Clínic Barcelona is a private, non‑profit Foundation, linked to the Hospital Clinic de Barcelona, whose mission is to strengthen people’s health and improve the quality of life of citizens.
We are looking for a Digital Health Project Manager to cover a maternity leave (8 months) for a part‑time (20h/week) role. This position will oversee the strategic and operational management of a high‑impact innovation project in digital health & AI in the area of oncology.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high‑impact innovation in healthcare, working alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team and gaining broad exposure across product development, clinical validation, compliance, industry collaborations, and open innovation management in a leading healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Ensure effective project management, tracking progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
* Product Roadmap: Own and manage the product roadmap, including product backlog prioritization and feature definition and ensuring alignment with clinician needs and meeting all regulatory requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, MDR).
* Clinical Validation: Coordinate closely with clinical and data science teams to validate the solution, translate medical needs into product requirements, and ensure clinical relevance.
* Industry Collaborations: Support fundraising activities, including preparation of pitch materials, engagement with industry partners, and negotiation of collaboration agreements and sponsorship contracts.
* Financial Sustainability & Governance: Ensure the financial sustainability of the innovation project, manage budgets, escalate key decisions to senior management and lead Steering Committees.
Required Qualifications:
* University degree in a relevant field, preferably related to health sciences, engineering, or business administration.
* At least 3 years of experience in project management within digital health, artificial intelligence and/or healthcare innovation.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across clinical, technical, and business functions.
* Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
