Your role
As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and strong team leadership across all outlets.
What you will do:

* Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets
* Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards and guest experience excellence
* Lead, train, and develop F&B teams, fostering a strong service culture
* Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue targets
* Implement and maintain SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overall hotel operations
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service and guest experience
* Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues
Who we’re looking for:

* Experienced F&B professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality operations
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and service excellence
* Strong and inspiring leader with a hands‑on, proactive approach
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and operational awareness
* Team player with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop high‑performing teams
Requirements:
*
* Passion for hospitality, luxury service, and high‑end F&B operations
* Proven experience in F&B management roles within 5 hotels or premium hospitality environments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams
* Excellent organizational and operational management skills with strong attention to detail
* Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
* Ability to manage multiple outlets and high‑volume operations in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong knowledge of service standards, SOPs, and luxury hospitality protocols
* Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple departments
* Fluent communication in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Additional languages are a plus
* Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
