VP, Global Operating Model & Business Development
The Vice President, Global Operating Model & Business Development, is responsible for transforming how our Service organization operates worldwide by designing, implementing, and continuously evolving a unified global operating model. This role goes far beyond traditional change management or technology‑driven transformation; we are seeking a leader who has fundamentally reshaped how organizations work.

Key Responsibilities
* Align organizational design, talent strategy, core processes, performance management, systems, and data governance to ensure the operating model supports strategic business needs.
* Establish global principles, standards, policies, direct governance frameworks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and oversee audits, KPIs, and maturity assessments to ensure adherence across regions and functions.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, elevate quality, enhance operational performance, and drive cost efficiency by embedding global best practices.
* Lead organizational adoption of the new model, coordinating change efforts with integral and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
* Deploy global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards while partnering closely with leaders across Service, Customer Execution, Operations, Commercial, Workforce Management, and Training.
* Manage and develop a team of 25 FTEs, cultivate a high‑performance culture, strengthen capabilities, and guide leaders through complexity.
Required Qualifications
* Master’s degree (MBA preferred).
* 10–15+ years in global operations, PMO, transformation, or process excellence roles.
* Deep experience implementing global operating models at scale within complex, multicultural, matrixed environments. xpzdshu
