Luxinmo, a leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa Blanca and Ibiza, is seeking an experienced and commercially passionate Rentals Agent to join our dynamic team in our Jávea office. As a beacon in the luxury housing sector, we pride ourselves on our sophisticated portfolio and exceptional client service.
Tasks
* Manage and nurture leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Acquire new property listings in Jávea, Dénia, Pego, and surrounding areas.
* Guide clients through the entire booking and signing process with support from our commercial and legal team.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
* Proven experience in the real estate industry.
* A strong passion for sales and the luxury market.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Fluency in Spanish and English and knowledge of a third language like French, German, Polish, Russian, or Dutch. Applications that don't meet this requirement will be rejected.
