To strengthen our WFM Software Implementation teams in Madrid, we are looking for experienced professionals with solid technical skills and a proactive customer-focused approach, committed to excellence.
Your Role:
•Conduct a detailed analysis of client needs, identifying opportunities to implement bespoke solutions.
•Implement the SISQUAL WFM solution, ensuring that client expectations and requirements are met.
•Configure and parameterize SISQUAL WFM in accordance with established functional and technical requirements.
•Provide ongoing technical support, ensuring efficient and satisfactory user experience.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of projects.
What We’re Looking For
•Technical or university qualification in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
•Demonstrable experience in software implementation projects, particularly in WFM and/or ERP solutions (essential requirement).
•Knowledge of SQL, including the ability to create and optimize queries (essential requirement).
•Familiarity with Windows systems, including the configuration of Windows Server and IIS.
•Communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer service.
•Willingness to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally.
•Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
•Residence in Madrid.
Nice to Have:
•Previous experience in operational processes related to Human Resources.
•Experience in functional analysis, user training and onboarding.
• Basic knowledge of project management, using both agile and traditional methodologies.
