We’re looking for a Sales Executive & Account Manager to join our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing relationships with high-profile clients while actively identifying new business opportunities in the stands and events sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and New Market Opportunities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Identify, attract, and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibition and events sector. - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and event organizers.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the company’s products or services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Manage and improve the bidding process, as well as identify new opportunities in this area. - Manage requirements and overcome challenges to successfully close sales.
Trade Show Visits and Reports
- Prepare trade show visits with the sales support team: study the floor plan, review key contacts, and schedule meetings. - Gather information on potential clients, distribute business cards or corporate presentations, take photographic records of visited booths, and assess activities at each stand. - Generate visit reports including graphical documentation and key actions to be developed, uploading all information to the CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and key account management - A proven background in B2B sales is essential, with experience in prospecting, pipeline development, and closing opportunities - Have a hunter mindset and the ability to find new business channels - You will be a self-starter and driven to succeed, capable of delivering brilliant service - Ability to formulate reports as needed by the business - Experience in selling a product-based solution in a similar market is preferable - Excellent communication skills and prior experience working with CRM systems - Proven ability to close deals with high-profile clients and identify new business opportunities - Strong negotiation and presentation skills in English. - Experience minimum 2 years in the stands and events industry is a must. - Experience in Digital Marketing is a must. - A results-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Location: Barcelona or willing to relocate
Salary: Competitive, with performance-based bonuses
