Join our integral TUI Musement Operations & Delivery Team in **Benidorm** as an Operations Agent. You are responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.**ABOUT THE JOB**- Ensure last minute operational changes are managed in detail and suppliers receive all the guests’ requests.- Oversees and manage operational incidents and reviewing that there is no impact in the operation delivery.- Maintain continuous communication with the cruise ships and both internal and external stakeholders.- Solving daily operational incidents relating to either Excursions or Transfers to guarantee that our Service Level Agreements are met.- Guarantee that all information of the operation is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.- Whenever required, coordinate tour guide assignments based on operational needs.**ABOUT YOU**- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is required.
