At Talent Search People we are looking for a Digital CoE Manager for the Digital Transformation department. Based in the headquarters office, the selected candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing Digital CoE, transforming it into a proactive engine that delivers cutting-edge digital services and products aligned with strategic priorities. -10+ years leading digital transformation, data strategy, or Digital CoE initiatives with accountability for value realization.
-MBA or advanced degree in business, data science, or related field.
-Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies for digital product development.
-Experience with cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, or AR/VR in commercial or business contexts.
-Practical exposure to cloud analytics stacks/datalakes like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Strong knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, DataBricks, Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, Looker.
-Previous background in digital consulting and working with external innovation partners.
-Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
-Hands-on experience with CRM systems (SalesForce, HubSpot), ERP systems (SAP/4 Hana, Oracle), and specialized business solutions (RGM Tools, SFA Tools).
-Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in matrix/international environments (Europe, Africa, USA, Asia).
-Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
-Experience operationalizing GenAI, advanced automation, and optimization solutions.
-Ability to define and track KPIs, ROI metrics, and value outcomes.
-Fluent in English (spoken and written).
