ABOUT THE ROLE
As
Cooking Class Lead & Culinary Experience Manager - Bologna
, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our signature pasta cooking experience in Bologna.
You will be the reference person for the cooking class operation, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth coordination between people, ingredients, and the operational team.
You will not only guide guests through the art of handmade pasta, but also play a key role in organizing the experience behind the scenes and supporting the growth of the project.
You will
- Lead a 3-hour cooking class
(+ approx. 1 extra hour for preparation, organization, and final cleaning/order).
- Guide guests
step by step in the preparation of fresh pasta (no professional chef performance required - guidance and experience-focused).
- Manage inventory
and control of all products and materials used during the cooking classes.
- Coordinate, support, and manage communication
with two additional cooking class instructors.
- Ensure
a consistent,
high-quality
experience aligned with Tours and the City standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Barcelona operational team
, sharing updates, needs, and feedback.
You are
- Fluent in English & Italian
- Comfortable leading groups and interacting with international guests.
- Organized, reliable, and proactive.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
- A passionate entertainer
- Aligned with a people-first, experience-driven philosophy.
- Have previous experience delivering cooking classes or similar culinary / experiential activities.
