The ideal candidate will report directly to the General Manager of the country and will lead a team of highly skilled professionals. MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITY Accounting & Compliance Establish and maintain effective accounting processes, procedures, and controls. Ensure correct application of IFRS standards within the country. Oversee financial accounting, fixed-asset accounting, payment transactions, and cash pooling. Manage debt, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash accounting. Planning and Controlling Serve as a key point of contact for the General Manager and functional leaders, providing financial insights to support business understanding. Implement measurement systems and utilize them effectively for decision-making regarding ROI of Capex, M&A, and marketing investments. Manage contract processes, excluding employment and supplier contracts. Treasury Monitor and forecast cash flows. Optimize working capital management. Taxes Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations for direct and indirect taxes. Manage timely tax submissions and support tax optimization initiatives. Implement and maintain Group Transfer Pricing policies and documentation. Coordinate with local tax authorities and support in case of audits or litigations. Conduct Tax Due Diligence for M&A projects. Reporting & Budget Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of the budget, in line with Group instructions, in collaboration with the General Manager and management. Ensure proper production of financial statements according to local GAAP and IAS/IFRS standards. The successful candidate will have experience leading teams, possess exceptional business acumen, and will support the company through its transformation and ongoing optimization of finance structures.
