We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.We are looking for an EMEA Payroll Manager who will be responsible for managing operational services delivery, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in terms of user and customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, cost and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesExecute payroll transformation strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across multiple countriesLead the end-to-end management of payroll processes and systems transition projectsOversee the management of payroll service delivery in all countries of operation and ensure compliance, controllership and accuracyEnsure compliance with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in all countries of operationEnsure strong quality and excellent customer service for stakeholdersAssess current payroll processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices and streamlined workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with HRIS, time and attendance systems, and other relevant platformsBuild and maintain a strong team through effective recruiting, training, coaching, team buildingBuild solid and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders such as HR, Finance, IT, etc.Serve as a second escalation point for the team, HR or the business and interact with various levels within the department for resolutionMonitor and report on regional payroll performance and metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for continuous improvementManage relationships with payroll vendorsCollaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with payroll controls and regulationsImplement global payroll policies, procedures, and guidelinesStay updated with global payroll trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in payroll processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration or related fields8-10 years of Payroll experience, preferably in service centre, or related fields and 3-5 years in a leadership roleStrong understanding of payroll tax legislation, processes, policies and applicable legal regulations, standards and requirementsExperience in leading integral payroll transformation initiativesUnderstanding of payroll best practices and emerging trends in global payroll managementProficiency in managing end-to-end payroll processes and implementing payroll system solutionsExperience in managing payroll vendors and ensuring compliance with service level agreementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and customer-oriented mind-setAbility to lead people, build relationships, and manage stakeholders on all levelsAbility to secure and maintain confidential informationKnowledge of best practices in shared services, leveraging new technologiesContinuous improvement mind-set and capable to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency or employee training and advancementComfortable with heavy use of technology, knowledge of HR systemsWe are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
