At Job&Talent, we’re looking for talented young professionals to join our Graduate Program in a paid, hybrid intership role based in Madrid. This is your chance to develop your skills as an Analyst in key areas of our business—including Product, Finance, Go-to-Market Strategy, People & Culture, and more. This position will be your stepping stone toward a global career with us!

What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate with internal teams to analyze and optimize business processes.
* Conduct deep-dive data analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.
* Build analytical models and reports using SQL, Excel, G-Sheets, and other analytics tools.
* Provide strategic recommendations based on your analysis to enhance organizational efficiency.
* Constantly explore new ways to innovate and improve analytical methods.
We’re looking for:
* Engineering, mathematics, physics or similar degree.
* Strong analytical and data management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English (C1).
