If you are passionate about Drug Development and Project Management, then come join the Global Program Management (GPM) team as a General Program Director.### About the RoleGPM drives the planning and execution of global drug development programs and provides the transparent and unbiased program information the organization needs to make optimal portfolio decisions. GPM associates enable the cross-functional Global Program Teams (GPTs) to deliver the pipeline with optimal strategies, realistic planning, and seamless execution. As a member of the GPT, you will maintain accurate plans, documentation, forecasts, ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the GPT, resolve program issues, and facilitate alignment across sub-teams and functions. Additionally, you will lead or enable cross-functional strategy discussions and project plan scenario generation, proactively identify, track and manage project risks, ensure GPT effectiveness, and support the creation of executive communication about your projects. **Major responsibilities:*** Partner with the Global Program Head (GPH), Global Program Executive Director (GPED) where applicable, and GPT to drive the development of the program/project strategy into a realistic Integrated Development Plan (IDP).* Generate and maintain high-quality key program/project level documents, including accurate development plans and financial forecasts in the planning system.
