As a Human Resources Business Partner Intern, you will support the HR team in delivering key people initiatives and contributing to the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business goals. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR analytics.
Support HR Business Partners in daily operations and strategic projects.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes for new employees.
Help analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Contribute to learning and development programs and performance management cycles.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Mentoring and support from experienced HR professionals.
Exposure to real HR projects and business strategy.
