Global Responsibility
Bringing Xiromed EU portfolio pipeline, internal and external, to the market in accordance with the goals and business plan of the business unit, including but not limited to ensure the launch is properly planned, technically prepared, and timely implemented and finally launched into the markets.
Specific Responsibilities
* Improve BCs generally format and forecasting accuracy Business Case and involvement in launch/replenishment order.
* System for launch planning (lead implementation and maintenance of such system – probably will be SAP based).
* Active part in COGs negotiation for launches and existing portfolio – renegotiate where margin low.
* Manage the forecasting and order placement of the launches.
* Inhouse portfolio coordination & configurations for regulatory and business cases.
* Launch Management, being part of the launch team and leading a number of launches.

Requirements and personal skills
* Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or similar.
* Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
* Experience (years/area): 4 years in Launch and Project Management. Business Development Gx- Experience network for COGs negotiation.
* Specific Knowledge: Systems implementation/maintenance.
* Travels: Open to travel.
* Personal skills: Flexibility, open and cooperative attitude, teamwork good communication/organizational skills and problems solving.
