Experteer OverviewIn this role you will proactively engage customers to identify opportunities to keep the installed base up to date by offering solutions from the GEA Portfolio. You will prepare and follow up on commercial proposals for parts, service levels, maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits. You'll execute the GEA Service strategy in collaboration with the team and support customers as the interface between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders. The position offers potential to evolve into a pure sales role and is centered on customer-focused service and growth.

- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals for spare parts, service levels, maintenance agreements, health checks, upgrades and retrofits
- Execute the GEA Service strategy and Service sales plan with the team
- Provide technical clarification to customers, liaising between Sales, Service and internal stakeholders
- Manage warranty cases with internal departments and factories
- Support maintenance planning and spare parts identification for service agreements
- Handle order confirmations and ensure on-time delivery
- Act as a bridge within a growing organization with potential to move into pure sales
Responsabilidades
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Professional (Junior) in sales and Service support roles in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Solid organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Service-oriented mindset with proactive problem solving
- Fluent Spanish;
English proficiency;
Portuguese is a plus
- Customer-focused with ability to translate needs into actions
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
