We´re looking for part time (36 h per week) Beauty Advisor for our store in ECI Plaza Catalunya.Key Functions & Responsibilities #· Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques. #· Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers. #· Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business; particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any. #· Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more. #· Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines. #· Adhere to appearance guidelines and personal standards. #· Utilize strong market and industry awareness to shape local strategy as well as influence wider business and organization. #· Act with accuracy, professional and positive attitude, when handling consumer enquiries and objections. #· Ensure stock availability of all references.Requirements · Experience within consumer service, ideally in retail. · Make Up Artistry skills. · Fluent English & Spanish.
