What do you need to fulfill this job?
* Knowledge of Contact Center Solutions / Genesys Cloud.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* A completed IT-related education at Bachelor (HBO) level.
* You are eager to learn and have a driven personality. You like to tackle complex issues and know how to solve them in the interest of the organization (customer-result- and quality-oriented).
* You can work well with different characters in your team. You communicate clearly and confidently. You dare to address people and know how to connect with them.
* You focus on results and quality, ensuring sprint goals are achieved with your team. Built-in quality is essential.
