We are looking for a Business Administration Professional to manage the financial and commercial aspects of local and international SI EA contracts. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and contract reviews, with a focus on compliance and profitability. This role has NO direct reports and reports to the Group Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring, implementing, and managing standard policies, processes, procedures, and compliance with LoA guidelines.
* Guaranteeing the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in systems like SAP, ensuring compliance with Siemens-FRG, local GAAP, and international contracts.
* Securing project reporting and controlling activities for local and international contracts/projects.
* Supporting project execution management to achieve financial targets, optimize gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing.
* Communicating with customer’s commercial representatives and resolving commercial/financial issues.
* Leading and supporting risk and opportunity assessments, strategy development, and response activities, taking full responsibility for commercial risks and opportunities.
* Managing and supporting project teams in selecting and involving partners/subcontractors.
* Representing contracts and projects in decision boards internally and externally.
* Managing commercial project and finance teams to meet targets, establishing goals, and delegating responsibilities.
* Ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently, reallocating resources as needed to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business administration.
* Experience in commercial project management and finance is highly valued.
* Solid understanding of Siemens processes, policies, and procedures.
* Experience in project planning, structuring, risk management, and contract/claim management.
* Knowledge of financial calculation methods, forecasting, project controlling, IFRS, US GAAP, tax, insurance, and related strategies.
* Leadership, teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with BA tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash, OneSRM, GREAT, EPIQ, ).
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
* Commercial experience across different markets.
* Strong background in performance controlling, sales, and project execution.
