If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! /ppbr/ppOur client, a world-renowned provider of innovative printing and digital solutions, is seeking a Marketing Demand Generation Specialist to join their Marketing team. Based in Barcelona (Ripollet) under a hybrid model, this role focuses on building and optimizing multi-step email journeys and nurture flows that drive qualified leads and accelerate business growth. /ppbr/ppAs part of a dynamic team, you will manage marketing automation tools like Pardot, leverage insights from the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and collaborate with Product, Sales, and external partners to enhance campaign performance and ROI. /ppbr/ppstrongKey languages /strong /pulliFull professional level of English /liliProfessional level of Spanish /liliAny other language is considered a plus /li /ulpbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong /pulliBuild, execute, and optimize multi-step email journeys and nurture flows in Pardot (or similar tools). /liliManage audience segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing logic to drive qualified leads. /liliAlign campaigns with buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions. /liliCollaborate with Product and Content Marketing teams to gather creative assets. /liliCoordinate external sponsored email campaigns with media partners, ensuring GDPR compliance. /liliConduct A/B testing on subject lines, cadence, and CTAs to improve campaign performance. /liliGenerate reports and insights (OR, CTR, MQL conversions) and recommend optimization actions. /liliLeverage data from the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM for improved targeting. /liliPartner with Sales and Product teams on lead management and product launches. /liliSupport lead-generation efforts during trade shows or marketing events. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCore skills/experience /strong /pulliDegree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field /lili2+ years in marketing analytics, MarTech, or related fields /liliProficient in Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar MAP tools. /liliUnderstanding of deliverability, personalization, and dynamic content. /liliComfortable using CDPs, GA4, Excel/Sheets (v-lookups, pivots). /liliSkills in data visualisation tools (eg:Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) /liliUnderstanding of AI-driven marketing tools, CDPs, and automation tools to support predictive analytics /liliAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively /liliA team player with an open mindset /liliCurious, willing to learn, and desire to grow in data-driven marketing /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat's on offer /strong /ppbr/pulliCompetitive salary /liliPermanent contract /liliHybrid model (2 days at the office in Ripollet) /liliFlexible working hours /liliTicket restaurant /liliPrivate health insurance /liliExcellent office environment /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOur recruitment process? /strong /pulliStep 1: Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better and give you advice on the recruitment process /liliStep 2: Interview with the Hiring Manager /liliStep 3: Interview with the Marketing Director /liliStep 4: Interview with the HR + psychometric assessment /li /ul
