The team is elevating how Roche shapes its workforce by unlocking the strategic potential of our total workforce with a framework for external workforce (EW) and data-driven, skill-based solutions.The Opportunity :
As an
External Workforce Product & Data Analyst, you will support Roche’s cross-functional EW Framework & Enablement regarding efficient & compliant processes related to EW management:
Enable efficient & compliant EW processes to ensure a mutually beneficial experience for external partners.Support data accuracy of external workforce data through month-end closing, operational data audits, and data enhancement initiatives.Contribute to transparency by preparing workforce reports, reconciling data from Finance and People & Culture systems, and supporting senior management reporting or audits.Support initiatives to enrich workforce data, drive automation, and optimize workforce operations.Partner closely with WFO colleagues to understand data & technology needs and translate them into data products.Track feedback and challenges from Roche Responsible Persons and incorporate this into EW product design.Assist in designing and offering training for Roche Responsible Persons on their responsibilities and the EW infrastructure.Who you are :
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in global, data-related settings within People & Culture or business functions.You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).You are data-driven with expertise in data analysis, analytics, and interpretation, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and coding in Google Apps Script, RStudio, etc.You know how to use MyBuy, ServiceNow, Workday, and have experience with data loads and report writing in ServiceNow.You possess good stakeholder engagement skills and can work effectively across global, intercultural teams.You can adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex environments positively.Ideally, you are familiar with programming in R, Python, or Apps Script and applying AI or algorithms.In exchange, we provide:
