Desired qualifications: degree in IT or Logistics related field.

• 2-3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst within a logistics / supply chain organization
• Demonstrable analytical skills
• Significant knowledge and understanding of the logistics / supply chain industry and associated IT systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS, etc.)
• Capability to lead a BA role on large projects, often with high-profile international "Blue chip" clients
• Comfortable working in a wide range of business sectors such as Healthcare, Automotives, Technology, E-Commerce, Retail, Food, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, TMS, and testing software

• Report to the Delivery Leads and the IT Project Manager for allocated projects.
• Work within the structure of the Project Management methodology (CPM), undertaking key tasks, including:
• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements and define agreed project scope (subject to sign‐off).
• Act as consultant, coordinator and liaison during the development / configuration build stage to ensure fitness for purpose.
• Prepare test plans and conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and reporting to professional quality standards, ensuring end‐to‐end data exchanges work correctly and systems are properly configured.
• Support the user community in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support preparation of the solution for live operation.
• Perform implementation and post‐implementation support tasks, both on‐site and off‐site as required. xohynlm
