Job OverviewThe Profile Generation Manager is a technical role responsible for ensuring effective and efficient profile generation operations, overseeing capacity planning, managing costs, budgets and ensuring customer demands are met without breaching agreements. The position requires a deep understanding of service operations, project management, ITIL processes, and telecom and/or OEM solutions.
Responsibilities
Ensure effective and efficient profile generation operations, including task distribution, planning and prioritization according to customer demands and budget.
Implement profile generation strategy.
Deliver services based on committed service availability, SLA and OLA requirements for deployed services.
Plan and manage capacity for profile generation operations and anticipate needs with input from engineers.
Conduct routine operations, periodic controls, and follow‐up meetings to review daily activities.
Implement guidelines and work instructions from the Tool chain management team.
Coordinate closely with Datacenter and Delivery teams for resource planning.
Provide technical feedback and solutions to other departments.
Evaluate, improve and add applicable work instructions.
Education and Experience
University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or related technical/engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of successful service operations experience in IT, Technology and/or Security Information Systems industry.
Experience in management and/or operational leadership roles.
Experience working with ticketing and monitoring systems.
Preferably experience managing similar departments.
Preferably experience in the Telecommunications industry.
Knowledge and Skills
