Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of air travel bookings for corporate clients and wholesale agencies.
- Ticket issuance, reissues (exchanges), and refunds.
- PNR analysis and application of fare rules.
- Operational support for travel related to the Events division.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both, spoken and written).
- Degree in Tourism or related fields (preferred).
- Corporate Travel Experience (preferred).
- Proven experience with GDS systems (Sabre and/or Amadeus) – mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience with NDC, airline portals, and integrators.
- Knowledge of ARC and airline contracts.
