From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for an Export Area Manager or International Business Developer to manage export and sales for a high-premium furniture design brand in Girona.
Our consultancy collaborates with various firms across the Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors throughout Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich.
Responsibilities as Export Area Manager:
* Be responsible for opening markets in the EU and managing large accounts.
* Work with the CEO to develop and execute the Commercial Plan and meet the annual sales targets.
* Manage sales and B2B promotional activities across different countries, working with distributors, agents, or directly with key accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities for a new product concept.
* Manage key accounts such as decoration and furniture chains, department stores, and online retailers, including developing products tailored to local needs.
* Represent the company at sector trade fairs.
* Travel approximately 60% of the time to main markets under responsibility.
Requirements for this role:
* 2-3 years of experience in international sales, with a focus on key accounts, and practical knowledge of international logistics and payment conventions.
* Proactive, commercial profile focused on acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written) for daily communication and negotiations.
* Fluent in Spanish and Catalan (spoken and written).
* University degree, preferably in international trade, business management, or related specializations.
